Why is one quote so much cheaper than another?
Usually something is missing: repositioning, fees, or a peak-day charge that appears later. We show the whole price up front, so you compare real numbers.
Can the plane change after I book?
Your quote names the aircraft and operator. If an operator ever has to substitute, you approve it first, and it is the same class or better.
How fast can you get me in the air?
Often within a few hours, depending on the airport and aircraft. Call and we will tell you straight.
Can I fly into a smaller airport?
Often, yes. Private jets use thousands of US airports that airlines skip, many closer to where you are going. Use Find an airport to see runway lengths, and your advisor confirms the right aircraft.
Do I pay for the empty flight back?
On one-way trips, repositioning is part of the price and shown on your quote. If your dates are flexible, ask about empty legs, which can cost far less.
Who is actually flying me?
A licensed charter operator with an ARGUS or Wyvern rating. Their name is on your quote.

Optimum Jets is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We act as agent for our clients in arranging charter flights. We do not own or operate aircraft, and we do not have operational control of any flight.
Every flight we arrange is operated by an FAA certified direct air carrier, which holds full operational control of the flight. The name of the operator that will fly you is given to you in writing before you pay.
